Team and Leadership programs with Team Outside will transform your group into a cohesive team, armed with a proverbial toolbox of ideas and skills that allow you to meet new challenges. Through careful understanding of your needs and goals, we tailor each program to meet those specific goals and desired results. Throughout the programs, we work with you to ensure that we are on track with your objectives.

Team Outside is known for delivering interactive programs that engage participants and are immediately applicable to the workplace. Each program includes conceptual and experiential learning that encourages immediate feedback and is linked to current situations.

Our Team & Leadership programs consist of a combination of experiential challenges and focused discussions designed to help teams learn more about how to become more effective. Participants are invited to explore personal potential and leadership qualities to create the most effective team possible.

After each challenge, participants debrief their individual and team performance. It is during these discussions that the team focuses of what was accomplished; how they made decisions, how they communicated, how they used their resources and how they personally contributed to the overall performance of the team. It is during these debriefs that participants often gain insights that can be integrated into their work and/or personal environment.
